Forgotten your password?
Please go to the login page and click Forgot Password. You will need to enter your registered email address and the verification code and click submit. You will be prompted to check your mailbox where you will have received an email notification. Please click on the link in the email to reset your password.
How do I change my password?
Login to your account and enter the 'My Account' section. Click on 'Account Information' and click 'Change Password' where you will be able to reset your password.
FREE Trial Class
How do I take my FREE trial class?
Login to your Dtlingo account and enter the 'My Account' section. Click on 'Book FREE Trial' to begin booking your free trial class. Please check to make sure your time zone is set to your local time. Then, please select the date and time most convenient for you to take the class. The FREE trial is a 25 minute class and requires 24 hour advanced booking. You will be able to cancel the class no later than 2 hours before the class is due to begin.
dtlingo.com Levels System
Once you have completed your FREE trial class, your Chinese teacher will provide you with a comprehensive evaluation of your current level of Chinese speaking, including recommendations on which areas you can improve upon. To view your evaluation report you can click on the 'View Report' button.
Login to your Dtlingo.com account and go to the 'My Account' section. Then, click on the Buy Now button or you can click on the Buy Now button on the course introductions section. When you enter the purchase page you will notice the two different types of course lengths, 25 mins and 50 mins. Please note the differences in price between the two types and make your selection based on the number of hours required to purchase a course.
How can I pay?
Currently, we only accept payment through Pay Pal.
Can I get a refund once I have purchased a course?
Within 7 days of making a payment, you may apply for an unconditional refund for the remaining unused hours by contacting our customer service Skype account: dtlingo.com.
Scheduling a Class
How can I schedule a class?
After successfully purchasing a course, you may begin to schedule your classes. Please login to your account and go to the 'My Account' section and click 'Book 1-to-1 Class'. Please first ensure the time zone is set to your local time, then select the date and time you would like to take your class. Please note that you will need to make a booking 24 hours in advance of the intended start time. After you have successfully booked the class, the class details will appear under your 'My Classes' section.
How can I cancel a class I have already booked?
You may only cancel a class up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. To cancel a class please go to the 'My Classes' section and click cancel.
Starting Class
What do I have to prepare before class?
For our online courses please ensure you prepare the following and test to make sure they are in working order: a computer or laptop with an internet connection and a good headset with a microphone. Please also make sure you are located in a good environment for taking class.
What are the computer system requirements?
We highly recommend that you take class using one of the latest operating system versions as well as the latest version of your web browser. Please ensure that your computer hardware is properly configured.
What do I do if a problem occurs during class?

After Class
What can I do after my class?
After each class has ended, you are able to provide a class evaluation and feedback. Your teacher will also provide you with feedback and suggestions.
